 We first met Kevin at an open house he was hosting. Though only in town on a short weekend vacation, we had decided Kelowna was where we wanted to live. Kevin was able to offer us not only help in our real estate search, but also provided a great deal of information about the Okanagan regarding jobs, shopping and of course activities (lake and otherwise.) For the next several months we communicated by phone and email, keeping tabs on upcoming houses and possible choices for us to look at. When we returned to look at homes Kevin had already previewed quite a number of possible choices and pruned down the list to just 6 or 7 for us to see in our short weekend. He understood what we were after (maybe more so than us), and in the end we found a fantastic home at the right price. The help didn't stop on the day we took possession, as Kevin helped us through a few other items that "new" folks to this area need help with (utilities, handymen, plumbers etc.) over the next couple of months.
